Ofsted worked with Hampton’s on a project to recruit 4 experienced candidates to undertake inspections for us on a contracted basis. This was a bespoke project to test the market for interest from experienced social care professionals who may be interested in working on a temporary basis rather than as full time employees.

Throughout the project Hampton’s have been exceptionally professional at all times and kept to all agreed deadlines. They provided us with a large number of high quality candidates to consider and worked hard to ensure we had sufficient information at all stages of the process.

They worked well with us at shortlisting and interview stages to ensure that they fully understood our requirements. They also effectively supported the candidates which enabled them to focus on performing to the best of their ability during the interviews as they had been briefed to fully understand what was expected of them.

The quality of the candidates provided demonstrated a highly developed network and also a thorough understanding of the social care sector at an appropriately senior level for recruitment to Ofsted.

They are responsive to issues raised and demonstrated a good understanding of HR processes which made the recruitment task much easier for us as their customer. I would have no hesitation in working with them again or recommending them to other organizations.
