Hamptons are working exclusively with a leading Learning Disability care provider based in Bury St Edmunds, dedicated to delivering high-quality care services to individuals in supported living services. The service supports 3 male adults with disabilities from acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and also limited verbal communication within a supported living environment. All of the individuals are also wheelchair user.
Job Title: Assistant Service Manager
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary: £27,969 per annum
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience of working with/providing care for people with Learning Disabilities.
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care.
- Longevity within previous roles.
- Previous experience in supervising staff.
- Exceptional organisational skills are essential for this role.
- Experience of working within a similar service within care.
