About You:
Imagine leading a dedicated team in Ayrshire, overseeing services for children and young adults, and making a tangible difference in their lives. This role as a Branch Manager (Registered Manager) is perfect for a compassionate and dynamic professional ready to embrace the challenge of leadership in the care sector.
The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards an SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management Award.
With at least two years of managerial experience in a care setting, you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the complexities of care delivery and quality management. Essential requirements include PVG Membership, SSSC registration (which must be maintained), evidence of the right to work in the UK, and a willingness to travel (own car required).
This role also requires out-of-hours working and on-call availability, shared with the Team Lead and Senior Support Worker.
