Are you an experienced Business Development professional, specialising within Children’s Services?
We are proud to be working with an established Midlands based Children’s Services Provider, who are currently going through a period of expansion and now have a requirement for a Business Development Manager to join their growing organisation and be responsible for driving revenue through occupancy and ensuring occupancy targets and KPI are being met in accordance with the direction from CEO and Company Agenda.
Role Overview:
- Driving Occupancy through the organization
- Responsible for ensuring that 90% occupancy targets are being met and maintained
- Working alongside Education Division to drive referrals of occupancy through Education Division also.
- Responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting with Key Metrics
- Ensuring that a consistent pipeline of referrals are coming in
- Building relationships with commissioners
- Attending networking events
- Ensuring that void periods within homes are kept at minimum and quick turn around takes place.
