The Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will oversee nursing, care, and domestic staff to ensure efficient home operations. You will be part of a management team to safeguard residents’ well-being and support daily operations. Working closely with the Manager, you’ll ensure quality standards, adherence to rules, and a supportive atmosphere for residents and staff. Supervisions are part of your role.
Skills and Experience:
• Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
• Ability to engage with service users to provide excellent care.
• Identify referral pathways for safeguarding adults/abuse.
• Good knowledge of CQC standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staff.
• Promote care program ownership by involving service users and their families.
Education and qualification
. NMC registered nurse with relevant experience – essential.
