Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a small, friendly residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities. The service supports up to nine adults and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and opportunity.
In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the Operations team to guide the service back to a Good CQC rating. You will provide strong, values-led leadership to the staff team, ensuring the home operates safely, effectively, and in full compliance with regulatory standards. With support from both the Operations team and Head Office, you will drive continuous improvement while maintaining a compassionate, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, recruit, and develop the staff team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and the safe, effective running of the service
• Oversee governance, record-keeping, risk management, and continuous improvement
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and occupancy levels
• Support marketing activity to maintain full occupancy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders
• Respond appropriately to concerns, feedback, and changing needs
• Report directly to the Operations Manager
Education and Qualification:
• Proven experience managing a care home rated Good or higher
• Qualification in Positive Behaviour Support, Learning Disability, Nursing, or equivalent
• Current or previous CQC registration in a similar role
• Up-to-date knowledge of care sector regulations and best practice
• Strong IT skills with the ability to work across multiple systems
• Full UK driving licence
