Hamptons are on the lookout for an experienced Manager to spearhead an established organisation's complex care branch, which provides exceptional care packages for adults.

The Role:
– Spearheading marketing and sales initiatives.
– Guaranteeing that operations align with standards and budgetary constraints.
– Cultivating strong relationships with Senior Management.
– Maintaining adherence to standards, legislative requirements, and best practices.
– Overseeing budgets to ensure they meet our goals and revenue forecasts.
– Participating in policy creation.
– Collaborating with HR on the recruitment, selection, and training of new hires.
– Coordinating with commissioners, prospective Service Users, healthcare professionals, and agencies.
About You:
– Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
– Have at least 2 years of experience in a management role within a care setting
– Possess a strong problem-solving mindset combined with excellent people management skills
– Demonstrate great eagerness for personal and team development
