Hamptons are working with a Manchester based organisation who is on the hunt for a dedicated professional to step into the role of Care Manager within their premium domiciliary care service.

About The Role:
– Ensure service delivery aligns with legislation, company policies, and procedures
– Mentor and coach staff
– Keep knowledge current through ongoing training and development
– Maintain accurate legal records and reporting
– Promote and respect customer rights and wishes
– Conduct needs and risk assessments before initiating services
– Protect customer and family confidentiality
– Ensure adequate staffing; manage absence, discipline, and grievances per company policy
– Address complaints and incidents, investigating and implementing service improvements
– Manage emergency on-call issues and provide rota cover as necessary
– Act as a point of contact for customer families, GP’s, Case Managers, etc.
– Provide coverage for the Registered Care Manager when required
About You:
– Experience delivering high-quality domiciliary care
– Currently working as a Care Coordinator, Deputy Care Manager, or Care Manager in domiciliary care
– Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
– NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher in health and social care
– Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
– Residing in the Manchester area
– Passion for maintaining standards and customer satisfaction
– Full UK Driving Licence & your own car you can use for work
