Hamptons are proud to partner with one of the UK’s leading Children’s Residential Care providers in their search for a dedicated Children’s Dual Registered Manager. This exciting opportunity is based in Barwell, Leicestershire and is ideal for an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge and wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

The role:
•    Build positive, supportive relationships with children and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
•    Lead shifts and supervise residential staff, maintaining high standards of care. 
•    Ensure policies, procedures, and placement plans are followed effectively in line with Ofsted regulations. 
•    Support each child’s development, education, and overall welfare.

About you:
•    5 years of experience working within a children’s residential setting.
•    At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff.
•    Level 3 qualification in Children’s and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent, and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards). 
•    Has achieved a “Good” or “Outstanding” grade within recent Ofsted Inspections.

•    Salary up to £67,000 per annum
