The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Children’s Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire teams within our clients expanding residential services. You will be responsible for ensuring children receive exceptional care, strong role models, and a safe, nurturing place to call home. You will oversee daily operations, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and the overall well-being of the children in your care.
About You
You will be someone who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a role relevant to residential care of children.
- Has at least 2 years’ experience supervising and managing staff.
- Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- Has achieved “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted grades within recent inspections.
- Is passionate about providing a therapeutic, safe, and supportive environment where children can thrive.
- Can lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
