Hamptons are proud to be working with a newly established Children's Care Home provider in Shirebrook, Derbyshire, They are currently on the lookout for a Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home. With a competitive salary of up to £60,000 this full-time, permanent role is an amazing opportunity to join a team dedicated to providing high-quality, bespoke care to children and young people.
About The Role:
– Supervise and support a team of residential support workers
– Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care
– Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with other professionals
– Manage challenging behaviour and de-escalate harmful situations
– Maintain accurate records of care and progress
– Promote the social, emotional, and physical development of children
– Build positive relationships with the children as a role model and mentor
– Ensure compliance with Children's Home Regulations and Standards
– Manage inspections and prepare the team
– Maintain a clear working knowledge of the Social Care Inspection Framework

About you:
– A-Level or equivalent education
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in children's residential management
– NVQ Level 4/5 in Childcare or equivalent
– In-person availability
