Hamptons is proud to be partnering with a successful and innovative fostering service provider based in Fareham, Hampshire. They are currently seeking a Registered Manager for the region to develop a high-quality fostering service that delivers safe, nurturing, and supportive family-based care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislations, specifically OFSTED.
- Provide oversight and make decisions in complex cases, supporting or guiding SSWs as needed.
- Assign Form F assessments to SSWs and track their progress to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor performance across the region, producing reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Support the development and retention of foster carers across multiple localities.
What we’re looking for:
- Hold Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
- Hold Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People’s Workforce/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Eager and willing to take on regional manager responsibilities.
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £60,000 per year.
- Pension with NatWest Cushon Workplace Scheme
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), and an additional day after every 2 years of service (up to a maximum of 4 days) plus your birthday off every year.
- 6-month probation (with an interim review after 3-month) and eligibility for bonuses.
