Children's Registered Manager – Olton, Solihull

About You:
Are you a compassionate and dynamic leader with a heart for transforming the lives of young individuals? 

We are looking to speak with experienced candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

– Experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
– QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
– In-depth knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and manage a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team-building and staff support.
– Commitment to delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement.
– A resilient and adaptable approach, capable of navigating challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
