Hamptons are proud to be working with one of the UK’s leading children’s residential care providers, who are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a well-established 6-bed children’s residential home in Coventry. The home supports children and young people with learning disabilities and will cater to mixed genders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide leadership and management to all within the 6-bed residential home.
- Manage the home in line with Blossom Children’s Homes’ ethos, creating an environment that supports each child’s potential and encourages positive behaviour.
- Lead the home to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children and young people, ensuring their welfare remains the highest priority in all aspects of care.
- Ensure Regulation 45 monitoring duties and a written report are carried out.
- Strive to ensure the home provides an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rating
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within residential children’s care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management within Children’s. Health and Social care (or working towards), or equivalent.
- Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care Management.
- Extensive knowledge of Children’s Homes and Regs & Quality. Standards, and Ofsted framework.
What’s on offer:
- Salary of £45,000 – £50,000.
- Performance based bonused of £12,000.
- Bonus package.
