£60,000 PA – Commissioning Operations Manager – in the Suffolk area.
Hamptons is working with a Residential Elderly Care provider who welcomes passionate individuals who want to make a difference to their growing family, which puts our people and our residents first.
The Role:
As a Commissioning Operations Manager, your role focuses on launching and ensuring operational excellence for new care homes. You’ll ensure these homes meet regulations, achieve strong occupancy, and positively impact residents, families, and stakeholders.
Your mission: embed our values, maintain quality standards, create a supportive environment, lead the commissioning process, and establish market presence.
About you:
• Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting
• A track record in commissioning or turning around services
• Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service
• Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to achieve business objectives
• Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
