Hamptons are working with a South East based Local Authority in the search for their next interim.
The Role: Complaints Officer
This role will be a mixture of the following duties –
– Level 1 & 2 Complaints
– MP & Councillor enquiries/complaints
– Freedom of Information requests
The manager is keen to keep hold of the LGSO's
About You:
– The successful candidate will be experienced at dealing with Complaints within a SEND team
– Would have worked within a Local Authority for a minimum of 2.5 years
– Strong written and verbal communication
– Knowledge on SEND Legislation and policies
What's On Offer: £300 per day and an initial 6 month contract, ideally 1/2 days on site per week
Recruitment Timeline: Applications close Monday 26th January at 10am, followed by MS Teams interviews and an asap start date
