The Role: Compliance Officer – Social Care

About You:
•    A minimum of level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
•    Generous experience in/with compliance in the care sector.
•    Experience of working at deputy manager or senior care worker level within care services.
•    Engaging and energetic nature.
•    Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
•    A full driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
•    The confidence to provide training and deliver workshops.
•    Great leadership skills.
