As the new leader of our team, you’ll be responsible for operational leadership, ensuring compliance, and elevating care standards. Whether it’s our supported living service or Residential Family Assessment Centre, your drive to adhere to CQC and Ofsted standards will be paramount in providing exceptional care .
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage our supported living service and Residential Family Assessment Centre.
– Ensure strict compliance with CQC and Ofsted regulations.
– Develop policies, risk management strategies, and safeguarding measures.
– Manage multidisciplinary teams, overseeing recruitment, supervision, and performance.
– Liaise with external agencies, local authorities, and commissioning teams.
– Maintain accurate records and ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
– Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent).
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in both children’s homes and CQC regulated care.
– Evidence of continued professional development.
– Full clean driving licence with the ability to travel between the East Lancashire/West Yorkshire areas where necessary
