In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of our Adults’ Services, ensuring that our centre provides a safe, person-centred environment for individuals with learning and physical disabilities, as well as those living with dementia. Reporting to the Service Manager – Community and Day Provisions, you’ll lead a dedicated team including the Assistant Manager, Senior Care Worker and Care Workers.
Key responsibilities:
– Develop and provide services that promote independence and community integration
– Maintain high standards of care, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
– Manage budgets and support income generation efforts
– Ensure GDPR compliance and handle personal information with utmost care
– Foster a culture of Continuing Professional Development among staff

Essential qualifications include a relevant Level 4/5 management/leadership/Health and Social Care qualification and an Enhanced DBS.
