Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the National Minimum Standards (Ofsted).
– Deliver a high-quality and dependable standard of service in line with the organisation’s values.
– Uphold the organisation’s reputation with stakeholders.
– Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of working practices, recommending necessary changes.
– Provide a safe and structured environment for both staff and young people.
– Contribute to the diversification of services provided by the home.
– Supervise and manage staff, ensuring a quality service in all areas of staff management.
– Foster an environment where services provided are of the highest standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Proven track record with Ofsted as a Deputy Manager.
– Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to undertake).
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– A genuine desire to make a positive impact on young people’s lives.
– In-depth understanding of Ofsted regulations.
