The Role: Director of Service Delivery

About You:
•    Minimum of NVQ level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care.
•    Experience as a Regional Director or similar level in the social care sector.
•    Experience of working within Drug & Alcohol / Substances Misuse services (not essential).
•    Confidence in making key decisions.
•    A deeply compassionate nature with a commitment to making a difference to lives.
•    A driven mindset to get the job done efficiently but also in line with our clients ethos and values.
•    Great leadership skills.
•    The ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and commissioners.
•    An adaptable management style.

About the role: 
Hampton’s are working in partnership with our Client a well-known and respected Drug, Alcohol and Mental Health support provider.  As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Director of Service Delivery.  The appointed Manager will be responsible for the oversight of a 5 Drug & Alcohol support services in the North East/North Lincolnshire area. 

These are several high intensity service supporting a diverse group of service users.  Due to the level of role, our client are seeking a candidate with substantial experience at Regional Director level, overseeing numerous services.  You will be overseeing an experienced team of 3 Heads of Service across the region and working amongst of a very supportive team of directors.
