  • Monitor performance against KPIs, manage branch budgets, and identify opportunities for growth and development

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager who is:

  • Proven in leading domiciliary care services, with a track record of delivering high-quality care

  • Commercially aware, with the drive to grow and develop a new branch

  • Knowledgeable in CQC regulations and compliance

  • A confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Full UK driving licence holder

Education and Qualifications:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent

What’s On Offer:

  • Opportunity to shape and lead a brand-new home care branch

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives

  • Full support from senior leadership and operational teams

  • Ongoing professional development and leadership training

  • Recognition for innovation and quality care delivery
