The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead and launch an exciting new home care service. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious manager looking to build a high-quality service from the ground up, with the backing of a respected care provider.
As Branch Manager, you will oversee the delivery of care to individuals in their own homes, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and person-centred support. You will manage care planning, staff coordination, and regulatory compliance, while also fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and the wider community.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded care leader who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is passionate about supporting people to live independently with dignity and respect.
You will report to the Co-Chief Operations Officer / Commercial Director – Home Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage branch staff, fostering a supportive and professional working environment
Oversee day-to-day operations, including client intake, care coordination, and service delivery
Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality assurance processes
Build relationships with clients and the community, handling enquiries and concerns, and promoting the service
Monitor performance against KPIs, manage branch budgets, and identify opportunities for growth and development
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager who is:
Proven in leading domiciliary care services, with a track record of delivering high-quality care
Commercially aware, with the drive to grow and develop a new branch
Knowledgeable in CQC regulations and compliance
A confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full UK driving licence holder
Education and Qualifications:
Minimum NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
