We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee x2 Children’s Homes located close together in Bolton. The key purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality residential care, providing a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing care policies that promote positive outcomes. Main responsibilities include staff supervision, care planning, safeguarding, and building strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
About You:
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy ready to lead
- Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and inspection frameworks
- Confident communicator with excellent record-keeping skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to balance quality care and organisational sustainability
- Proactive, accountable, and professional in approach
