Hamptons are working with Achieving for Children, on the lookout for an EHC Coordinator to support their service during a period of maternity leave.
The Role: EHC Coordinator
– Collaborating with families, schools, and professionals to develop, review, and maintain EHCPs.
– Ensuring all statutory requirements are met for EHCPs.
– Making the plans comprehensive and actionable.
About You:
– A strong background in SEND, with a deep understanding of the legislative framework surrounding EHCPs.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
– Proven experience in case management, demonstrating the ability to handle complex cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
– Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
– A proactive attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement and best practice in SEND provision.
What's On Offer: £286 per day, hybrid working – 2x days on site per week
