Role:

  • Manage a defined caseload of children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Act as the primary contact for families, carers, young people, and educational settings once an EHCP has been finalised
  • Ensure statutory processes such as Annual Reviews, Phase Transfers, and in/out-of-county moves are completed within required timeframes
  • Ensure the provisions outlined in each EHCP are delivered effectively
  • Handle complex casework with professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Support the delivery of high-quality statutory SEND services

About You:

  • Have a solid understanding of EHCP processes and SEND legislation
  • Proven experience managing complex casework in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret professional reports and convey sensitive information clearly and compassionately
  • Demonstrate resilience, emotional maturity, and confidence in workload management
