Role:
- Manage a defined caseload of children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Act as the primary contact for families, carers, young people, and educational settings once an EHCP has been finalised
- Ensure statutory processes such as Annual Reviews, Phase Transfers, and in/out-of-county moves are completed within required timeframes
- Ensure the provisions outlined in each EHCP are delivered effectively
- Handle complex casework with professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Support the delivery of high-quality statutory SEND services
About You:
- Have a solid understanding of EHCP processes and SEND legislation
- Proven experience managing complex casework in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret professional reports and convey sensitive information clearly and compassionately
- Demonstrate resilience, emotional maturity, and confidence in workload management
