The Role: EHCP Partner
– Co-produce EHC Plans with families
– Ensure Compliance with legislative Requirements
– Deliver best value for the council
– Coordinate and manage assessments
– Monitor and review plans
– Provide guidance and support
– Recording and monitoring
About You:
– A thorough and in-depth knowledge of legislation, national guidance and responsibilities in relation to children and young people with SEND 0-25 years, which includes the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015.
– Recent experience within a local authority within a similar role
– Ability to ensure there is regular communication with parents and professionals in way that meets diverse needs
