The Role: Extra Care Registered Manager
About the role:
Hamptons are working in partnership with our client, a well-known and respected Adult social care provider. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit a CQC Registered Manager in Southampton area. The appointed Registered Manager will oversee two extra care schemes with GOOD ratings in the New Forest area. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Registered Management position in a similar environment and will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
About You:
• A level 5 NVQ (or working towards completing their level 5) in Health & Social Care.
• Experience of working at a management level within the sector.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience of working in an Extra Care, Residential or Domiciliary environment.
• Engaging and energetic nature.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
• A full driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
• Great leadership skills.
