About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our clients Family Assessment residential service. You will hold Ofsted registration and be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the day-to-day running of the service
Leading staff, rotas, recruitment, and performance
Overseeing assessments, placement plans, and risk management
Ensuring effective safeguarding practices
Working with social workers, health professionals, and local authorities
Managing budgets, reports, and regulatory requirements
Creating a safe, nurturing, and homely environment for families
About You
You are an experienced leader within residential or family assessment services with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You will have:
Eligibility for Ofsted Registered Manager status
Strong safeguarding and legislative knowledge
Leadership and staff management experience
Experience with care planning, assessments, and reporting
Confidence working with multi-agency professionals
You are passionate, organised, and committed to delivering excellent care and support while leading teams effectively.
Flexibility is required, including participation in on-call and rota systems, while upholding safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety standards.
