•    Carry out additional tasks requested by the manager, social worker, or team leader to support the smooth running of the centre and the welfare of families — including practical duties such as cooking and cleaning.
•    Work collaboratively with other professionals and model effective behaviour management approaches, in line with Savannah Lodge’s policies for promoting positive behaviour in both parents and children.

About you:
•    Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
•    Experience with working with vulnerable children and adults is highly preferred but not essential as full training will be given
•    To work shift on a 24hr shift pattern which included working weekends and bank holidays.
•    Have business insurance on your car and be able to take families for appointments as and when needed.
