Role:

We are seeking an experienced, values-driven Field Care Supervisor to support the effective delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services across a defined area. Reporting to the Registered Manager and Quality Manager/Deputy, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Care/Support Workers and the safe, compliant delivery of care to Service Users in line with existing systems, policies and procedures, Local Authority requirements and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.

In this key role, you will ensure Service User needs assessments, care/support plans, risk assessments and reviews are implemented and maintained to a high standard. You will work closely with the Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure CQC requirements are met at all levels of care delivery. You will also be required to step in as a Care Coordinator when necessary, supporting Home Care Workers and ensuring continuity of care. At all times, you will work in line with the companies values of Respect, Independence, Flexibility, Dignity and Choice, and participate in scheduled on-call duties.


About You:

We are looking for a motivated and organised professional who is:

• Experienced in service provision within the care industry
• Confident undertaking Service User needs assessments, care/support planning and risk assessments
• Knowledgeable in domiciliary care services and on-call provision
• Familiar with Health and Safety requirements and regulatory frameworks
• Able to manage and organise Service User reviews and annual paperwork requirements
• Skilled in quality control procedures and performance monitoring
• Experienced in matching Care/Support Workers to Service Users effectively
• Able to build and maintain effective professional working relationships
• A strong communicator with good planning, organisational and IT skills
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage competing priorities
• Committed to ethos, empowering Service Users and ongoing professional development

• Salary of £25,000 – £27,500 per annum

Education and Qualification:

Essential:
• NVQ Level 2
• Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3
• Willingness to undertake Risk Assessment certification
• Willingness to work towards supervision and management qualifications
