About the role:
Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client a well-known and respected social care provider in the Hampshire area. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Head of Business Development. The appointed candidate will be responsible for enhancing the growth of our client’s business portfolio which includes; Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, Extra Care, Older Persons Day Care and Counselling and Wellbeing Services. As well as strengthening and building new external relationships.
About You:
• Demonstrable experience in leading projects that drive business growth in the Care sector.
• A driven mindset to get the job done efficiently but also in line with our clients ethos and values.
• Experience of working in and around care services including Home Care, Extra Care and Specialist Care.
• Substantial knowledge in tendering new business.
• Experience in Business development within the sector, identifying and pursing new relationships.
• Outstanding knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
• Excellent financial acumen
• The ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and commissioners.
• An adaptable yet nurturing management style.
