The Role: Head of Operations – Elderly/Residential Care

About the role: 
Hampton’s are working exclusively in partnership with a well-known, health and social care provider who provide Residential care for Elderly individuals.  Our Client have huge experience operating in the care sector, providing genuinely personalised support of the highest standard.  We are helping them to recruit an enthusiastic Head of Operations, overseeing 2 area managers who cover 10-12 medium size care homes in the Leicestershire area.  A really exciting opportunity for an empathetic yet tenacious Area/Regional Manager, with substantial experience in the elderly/residential sector.

About You:

  •  Experience of working in an Elderly/Residential environment, particularly at an area or regional manager level.
  • A proven track record of developing trusting relationships with local authorities.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance regulations.
  • An empathetic personality with great interpersonal skills.
  • A tenacious attitude when it comes to getting the best for our clients residents.
  • An extensive local authority commissioning network.
  • Good relationship management skills and first-hand experience of building commercial relationships.
  • Strong people and networking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills.
