About the role:
Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client a well-known and respected social care provider in the Hampshire area. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Head of Operations. The appointed candidate will be responsible for the operational and strategic leading, developing and directing the organisation, with an emphasis on leading growth, as well as looking for new opportunities to diversify the business.
This position will be a part of our client’s senior leadership team and so will require each applicant to have senior, managerial experience within the social care sector, particularly within Homecare, Extra Care and/or Specialist Care /Learning Disabilities.
About You:
• Minimum of NVQ level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care.
• 2 years’ Experience at senior management level within the social care sector.
• Confidence in making key decisions.
• A driven mindset to get the job done efficiently but also in line with our clients ethos and values.
• Great leadership skills.
• Experience of Leading care services including Home Care, Extra Care and Specialist Care.
• Excellent operational leadership skills
• Substantial knowledge in tendering new business.
• Experience in Business development within the sector.
• Outstanding knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
• Excellent financial acumen
• The ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and commissioners.
• An adaptable yet nurturing management style.
