Hamptons are proud to be working in close partnership with a well-established and passionate Adult’s social care provider to help recruit for a motivated and resilient Head of Policy to oversee our clients policies and procedures across their Adults division.
The Role: Head of Policy – Adults Social Care
About the role:
You will lead on all policies and procedures for our client’s Adult Services across England and Wales. One of the main responsibilities will be to establish, build and maintain strong relationships with CQC and CIW, Local Authorities, NHS partners and staff within services to provide expert advice and assistance and work with operational teams and senior managers to embed policies and procedures across the services in their adults social care division.
About You:
• A level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care.
• Exceptional understanding of CQC/CIW standards and regulations.
• Full UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Significant experience of working at multi-site management level within care services or in a Quality/Compliance specific role.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience of policy writing or inputting in to new policies.
• Great interpersonal skills.
