Are you an experienced leader in social care looking to make a significant impact? A prestigious local authority is seeking a dynamic Head of Service for their Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Frontline team.
Hamptons are proud to be working with Swindon, in the search for their next Head of Service within Children's Social Care.
The Role: Head of Service MASH/EDS/ACP
Key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MASH Frontline team, ensuring timely and effective responses to safeguarding concerns. The role also involves strategic planning, performance management, and continuous improvement of service delivery.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in social care, with a proven track record of leadership within a MASH or similar environment. A deep understanding of safeguarding procedures and multi-agency working is essential, along with the ability to manage complex cases and lead a team effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as the role involves liaising with various stakeholders, including social workers, police, health professionals, and other agencies.
What's On Offer: £550 per day and hybrid working.
