The Role: Interim Assistant Director – School Performance & Improvement 

About You: 

Promote high expectations and inclusion across all schools and settings
Articulate and communicate a vision for school improvement
Articulate models of effective leadership, succession planning and capacity to sustain
Build positive relationships with and across school leaders
Oversee challenge and support to schools and education settings.
Ensure high school standards and pupil outcomes
Ensure high quality school improvement services
Oversee high quality education business support
Develop and implement appropriate strategies to raise standards 
Ensure highest standards of professional development for your team
Develop innovative and highly effective models of school improvement and 
professional development in a changing cultural landscape
Manage resources effectively
Promote high expectations across all schools and settings 
Build highly positive relationships with and between school leaders 
Lead the school improvement teams
To undertake additional or other duties as may be appropriate to achieve the 
objectives of the post and as directed and deemed appropriate by the Line Manager 

What's On Offer: A rate of between £650 – £750 per day on an initial 5 month contract.

About The Client: The client is based in London
