Hamptons are working with a Local authority in Yorkshire who are on the lookout for an Interim Commissioning Manager within Children’s Commissioning
The role:
This post will focus on commissioning and market development of placements for Children Looked After. A key work priority will be to review and re-procurement of the 16+ Leaving Care Framework and the establishment of a new residential block contract.
There will be a requirement to be on site 2-4 times per month for this role.
About You:
Candidates should have experience of commissioning placements and market engagement with residential, fostering and leaving care providers.
They should have experience of working closely with social care and placements teams to commission individual placements for complex children.
They should have experience of undertaking needs analysis, writing service specifications and supporting procurements with providers.
What’s on offer: £400 per day – Inside IR35
