Hamptons are supporting a local authority in the South West who are looking for an Interim Children's Residential Development Manager
The Role: Interim Development Manager – Children's Residential
Reporting to the Head of service, you will be tasked with opening a small number of children's homes. The ideal candidate will manage the process from start to finish, identifying buildings, plans, writing policies, staffing and recruiting Managers, plus registering the homes with OFSTED.
About you:
Candidates must have extensive children's residential experience and a proven track record in the opening of new homes/services
What's On Offer: A rate of between £450 – £475 per day for a 6-12 month contract
Working arrangements: Hybrid working as per the needs of the role
About The Client: The council is based in the South West
Recruitment Timeline: Interviews conducted immediately via MS Teams for a May start.
