Hamptons currently looking for an experienced Interim Registered Manager to support an established domiciliary care provider in the East Midlands.
This is a hands-on interim assignment with a particular focus on CQC improvement, governance and operational stability.
The interim will be responsible for:
• Day-to-day domiciliary operations, staffing, rotas and on-call
• Reviewing care plans, risk assessments and medicines documentation
• Leading a clear CQC improvement/action plan
• Strengthening audits, governance and quality assurance
• Staff competency checks, training and supervision
• Ensuring improvements are implemented and evidenced
I'm particularly interested in speaking to experienced domiciliary Registered Managers who have previously worked through CQC improvement activity.
