Role:

  • Lead strategic SEND transformation initiatives within a local authority
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans for SEND
  • Oversee statutory compliance and ensure service quality
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including education and social services
  • Manage change projects and foster inclusive environments for children and young people with SEND
  • Offer hybrid work flexibility with two days on-site each week

About You:

  • Extensive experience in social services, education sectors, or SEND-specific roles
  • Proven track record of delivering transformation projects within public sector organizations
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proactive, organized, and committed to inclusion and community support

What’s On Offer:
This position offers a daily rate of £550, with hybrid working – 2x days on site per week. The role provides an excellent platform to lead impactful change in SEND services and contribute significantly to community outcomes.
