Role:
- Lead strategic SEND transformation initiatives within a local authority
- Develop and implement service improvement plans for SEND
- Oversee statutory compliance and ensure service quality
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including education and social services
- Manage change projects and foster inclusive environments for children and young people with SEND
- Offer hybrid work flexibility with two days on-site each week
About You:
- Extensive experience in social services, education sectors, or SEND-specific roles
- Proven track record of delivering transformation projects within public sector organizations
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proactive, organized, and committed to inclusion and community support
What’s On Offer:
This position offers a daily rate of £550, with hybrid working – 2x days on site per week. The role provides an excellent platform to lead impactful change in SEND services and contribute significantly to community outcomes.
