Hamptons are proud to be supporting a local authority in the East of England, in the search of an Interim Independent Reviewing Officer.

The Role:
Interim Independent Reviewing Officer

About You: 

  • Chairing statutory Child in Care Reviews in person
  • Ongoing monitoring of progress of childrens care plans / pathway plans
  • Identifying areas of drift and delay in permanence for children, and escalating as per the council Escalation Policy
  • Visiting children outside of Reviews
  • Travel to children at their care placements, 50% of whom reside outside of the area.

What's On Offer:
A rate of £42.00 per hour on a 3 month contract. Hybrid working: WFH / Field Work / Working from any of the council's offices.

About The Client:
The client is based in the East of England.
