The Role: Interim MASH Team Manager
About You:
- This role is for a temporary Team Manager for the front door service/MASH of council's Children's Services.
- Essential that have previously worked as a Team Manager in front door of children's services in MASH
- Must have a calm and organised approach, be able to oversee and analyse risk and ensure social workers make clear-cut decisions for the safety and welfare of our children and young people
- Experience in children's and adults services would be beneficial and working with partner agencies as part of our integrated MASH is essential.
What's On Offer: A rate of £46.00 per hour on an initial 3 month contract, hybrid working, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
About The Client: The client is based in North-West England.
