The role:

This is an interim position to manage a 4 bedded EBD children's home until a permanent Registered Manager is recruited. The home is rated good in all areas.

Duties to include:

To provide the operational leadership and management for a 4 bedded children's home
To work in line with OFSTED and children's home regulations
Manage staff team and be responsible for managing and maintaining OFSTED rating

About You:

Candidates must have experience managing a children's home registered with OFSTED
A Level 5 is essential along with recent children's home experience
Candidates will be required on site 4 days per week and be available to start in the next four weeks

What's on offer: A day rate of £400 – £450 per day – Inside IR35
