The Role: Interim Tribunal and Resolutions Officer
About You:
- Case Management: Manage and oversee appeal to First-tier tribunal ensuring timely responses and compliance.
- Mediation Coordination: Facilitate mediations to resolve disputes where possible.
- Representation: Represent the LA in tribunal hearings.
- Stakeholder liaison: Work closely with parents/carers/yp, legal teams, advocates, and educational settings.
- Record keeping: Keeping accurate records.
What’s On Offer: Initial 3 month contract
About The Client: The client is based in East of England
Recruitment Timeline: Applications close on Friday 4th July 2025 at 16.00 with interviews conducted via MS Teams.
