As the Nominated Individual with the CQC, you will take accountability for governance and organisational performance, ensuring each service delivers safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with CQC standards. This is a pivotal role within a growing care group, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on quality, culture, and operational outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and values-led provider committed to excellence in care, staff development, and continuous improvement.

  • Deeply knowledgeable of CQC regulations, governance frameworks, and quality standards

  • Strategic in thinking, yet hands-on in approach, able to lead services through change and growth

  • Skilled in financial oversight, budget management, and resource planning

  • Able to demonstrate a strong track record in improving service quality and occupancy

  • An inspirational leader who empowers teams, coaches Registered Managers, and builds a positive culture

  • Committed to delivering safe, person-centred care and achieving outstanding CQC outcomes

  • Effective in engaging with external partners, local authorities, and stakeholders

What’s On Offer:

  • A high-impact, strategic leadership role with real autonomy and influence

  • Competitive salary package (dependent on experience)

  • Opportunity to be part of a growing, values-driven care provider

  • Close collaboration with Directors and the senior leadership team

  • Supportive and forward-thinking culture

  • Ongoing professional development opportunities

  • The chance to shape service quality, compliance, and long-term success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership across three care homes, ensuring safe and effective care delivery

  • Act as the Nominated Individual with the CQC, ensuring full regulatory compliance

  • Oversee governance, audits, and quality improvement across all services

  • Support and mentor Registered Managers to achieve outstanding outcomes

  • Monitor and improve financial performance, occupancy, and service efficiency

  • Lead on service development, strategic planning, and risk management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, regulators, and partners

  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Represent the organisation at external meetings, inspections, and key stakeholder events
