The Role: Operations Manager – Hospitals / CHC

The Operations Manager will take the lead responsibility for the hospitals and CHC service delivery to provide a high-quality provision for adults. Through management tools such as supervision, service monitoring and reviewing service information the post holder will support and develop their managers and their services.

About you: The ideal candidates will have the following:

1. minimum experience of working as an autonomous Operations / Service Manager in Adult Social Care operations of over 3 years 
2. Sound knowledge of Adult Social Care legal frameworks such Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act with experience of hospital and discharge to assess management 
3. Extensive knowledge of CHC Framework which includes application and being able to confidently challenge non-eligible decisions both formal and non-formal disputes
