The Role: Operations Manager – Specialist Care
About the role:
Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client a well-respected Adult Social Care provider. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit an enthusiastic Operations Manager. The appointed Manager will be responsible for the oversight of a short term specialist support service as well as a new longer term specialist support service, moving forward. Our client provide vulnerable people with wraparound teams that can support complex transitions home and a more meaningful life as well as supporting preventions in various care or home settings.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a very exciting, sector leading business model – for someone who is passionate about making sure people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism are supported in the best way possible. Experience of managing highly complex care packages in the Mental Health sector is key for this role.
About You:
• NVQ level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care.
• Experience as a Registered Manager or Operations Manager in the Mental Health or Complex Care sector.
• A PBS qualification (not essential).
• Substantial professional experience with Autism and Learning Disabilities/Mental Health.
• CQC inspection experience.
• Confidence in making key decisions.
• A deeply compassionate nature with a commitment to making a difference to lives.
• A driven mindset to get the job done efficiently but also in line with our clients ethos and values.
• Great leadership skills.
• An adaptable management style.
