The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Specialist Services Operations Leader to support the Specialist Services operations team by providing leadership, mentorship, and line management to Registered Home Managers across multiple services.
In this senior operational role, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation’s vision and values are consistently understood, embedded, and delivered across all homes. You will play a key role in overseeing operational performance, regulatory compliance, and the financial and business health of services, working closely with senior leadership to drive quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
About You:
- We are looking for a confident, values-driven, and highly experienced operations leader who is:
- Experienced in healthcare operations management, with 7–10 years’ experience in the sector, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple services
- Highly knowledgeable in CQC regulations, compliance, safeguarding, health & safety, and quality assurance standards
- Experienced in providing leadership, support, mentorship, and line management to Registered or Service Managers
- Commercially astute, with a proven track record in financial oversight, budget management, occupancy improvement, and fee optimisation
- Skilled in audits, quality assurance processes, reporting, and corrective action planning
- Qualified to NVQ Level 4 or 5, or holding a relevant care or management qualification (desirable but not essential)
