The Role: Interim Practice and Quality Assurance Consultant – Youth Justice

We are working with a local authority in London who are looking for an Interim Practice and Quality Assurance Consultant within their Youth Justice service.

Following their recent HMIP inspection ,they are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running, supporting them on the following:
• Improvement journey,  practice development and quality assurance activities
• Training and workforce development

About You: 

The client are are looking for a high calibre experienced and motivated youth justice professional who knows what an outstanding youth justice service looks like and is able to take the workforce on the journey to help them to achieve excellence. 

You will be: 

– Experienced with proven track record delivering positive impact within delivery of Youth Justice Services. 
– Highly organised, systematic, and tenacious and results driven.
– Confident in your knowledge and experience of implementing quality assurance systems and processes.
– Someone who knows the National Standards and HMIP inspection framework inside out

What's On Offer: Pay rate is £43 – £46 per hour dependent on experience. Inside IR35
