The Role:
Hamptons are recruiting a Programme Manager on an interim basis; you will have solid experience of transformation and examples of where they have delivered a cost saving.
- To deliver the transformation of Adult’s Services necessary to realise the required savings and other cost avoidance initiatives.
- Managing change within the complex environment of Adult’s Social Care operating at both programme and project level, delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Implementation of key project deliverables as per the agreed plan and leading the coordination of interdependencies with all stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- To plan and deliver regular and effective engagement with those stakeholders impacted by the change, managing all risks and issues.
What’s On Offer: 3-month contract, hybrid working – 2 days a week onsite
